The hotel is located in the famous mineral springs resort Momin prohod, at the foot of the High Forest, 50 kilometers away from Sofia. In close proximity are Kostenets town, the village of Kostenets, Kostenski bani. Nedaelch is Ihtiman city, Pchelinski bathrooms, Dolna Banya and the Rila (Borovets) and Rhodope mountains.



The hotel has ten rooms, a restaurant, and a small spa center.



The building, which houses the hotel was built in 1936. From 1956 to 1989 it functioned as a spa complex. The hotel was reconstructed under Sapard. In its present form, it works since 31.12.2008.
