Doni House is located in the village of Gorna Vasilitsa, Kostenets Municipality, near the town of Momin Prohod. 60 km southeast of Sofia (Trakia Highway). Nearby are the resort of Borovets (28 km), the towns of Dolna Banya (8 km), Kostenets (4 km) and Ihtiman (17 km).



The house is on a southern slope with a view of the Rila Mountain and the Kostenets-Dolnobanska Valley. The following balneological (SPA) centers are located in the region: Dolna Banya, Pchelinski Bani, Kostenets Villas and Momin Prohod. The climate is temperate-continental, and the air is clean and healthy, helping with various lung diseases.

The house has two bathrooms with WC, four double rooms, a kitchen with a dining room (the kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer). In the yard there is a charcoal barbecue and a veranda with a wonderful view.



Capacity: The house is for 8 people and is suitable for family holidays, business trips and festive events.
