Guest House Plevnyat is located in the town of Apriltsi and combines the authentic spirit of the traditional Bulgarian home with the comfort of modern amenities. Built on a family property with history, the house preserves the atmosphere of the past, while the restored barn reflects the former rural life and crafts once practiced here.
The house offers 4 spacious and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. Three of the rooms are quadruple rooms, featuring a double bed and an extendable daybed with mattresses, while one room is a double room. The total capacity of the house is 14 guests, and for our youngest visitors we also provide a baby cot.
The heart of the house is the traditional tavern-style dining area (mehana), located on the restored ground floor with natural river stone walls that preserve the charm of the old Balkan home. The mehana features a fully equipped kitchen, everything needed for a comfortable stay, and a separate restroom. Guests can also enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere and suitable for preparing delicious homemade meals.
Heating and cooling are provided through a heat pump system with convectors, installed in every room and in the mehana, ensuring comfort throughout all seasons.
The restored barn, transformed into a cozy gathering space, features an outdoor charcoal barbecue area and is suitable for groups of up to 18–20 people.
Next to it is the SPA area, including a sauna, jacuzzi, restroom, and an outdoor stone fountain, while during the warmer months guests can also enjoy the swimming pool.
For children, there is a playground and sandbox, while the spacious yard of nearly 1 decare (1,000 sq.m), trampoline, and views towards Mount Botev and Maragidik Peak complete the feeling of peace and relaxation in nature.
An electric vehicle charging station is available in front of the house.
