The apartment has a beautiful panorama of Centralen Balkan, Botev and Maragidik.



It can be comfortable for a family of 4 (max 5 people).



You can also come in two or three people and rent it as a smaller 2-3 person with only one bedroom.



The apartment is on the second floor of the house with a private separate entrance.



The apartment has an area of 85 m2 and consists of a large living room with an equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom, and two double bedrooms with a large balcony.



One of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.



The kitchenette in the living room is fully equipped: high fridge with freezer, electric induction cooker, dishwasher 60 cm, microwave, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, pots, glass, cups, bowls, etc.



The apartment has a TV and high-speed Wi Fi internet.



The apartment is spacious and designed for a maximum of 5 people: a fold-out bed for 2 people in the living room and two large double beds in each bedroom.



The apartment is fully furnished with bed linen and towels.



There is a parking space under the house.



The apartment is located on a calm, quiet street in the Ostrec Nbhd. in Aprilci.



Hotel Panorama and Maragidik swimming pools are nearby, where you can use them for a fee.



Aprilci is the perfect place for relaxation and active excursions along the numerous mountain trails of the Central Balkans.



It is a good starting point for trips to the top of Botev, Maragidik, Tyza mountain huts, Pleven, Vidimsko Praskalo, Vodnite dupki and many other mountain attractions.



The excellent location makes it comfortable for a family holiday.
