Tzarevo town known as Vasiliko in the past is a Black seaport located in the southeast part of Bulgaria. It is situated only at 65 km south of Burgas city, at the feet of Strandja mountain. Its unique countryside is surrounded by protective areas – the biggest natural park Strandzha, the oldest Silcosia reserve as well as all ones which could be described as a virgin, wild, unspoiled by civilization…



Tzarevo boasts as one of most attended Black sea south resorts today. The resort is known for its hospitality, good level of services, entertainments as well as a rich market for fresh locally grown vegetables and fruits. It is especially nice to walk along the port, at the embankment, on breakwater or in seacoast park of the town.



Villa Sunrise is situated at Holiday club Vasiliko, in residential district Vasiliko - luxury complex located at one of the most romantic bays at south Black sea coast, which offers comfortable and quiet year-round stay.



An access to Holiday club Vasiliko is limited. The Holiday Club is located at the absolute first line of the coast, avails with a beautiful flower garden. There is a cafe–bar, barbecue, lounges, guarded car park. The services referring to the attendance of club equipment are included in the price.



One could attend two near beaches: Vasiliko – at 20 meters and Nestinarka – at 200 meters distance.



Villa Sunrise avails with a beautifully furnished room, with air conditioner, Wi-Fi internet, TV. Entirely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave stove (hot plates) and cutlery. The batch avails with hairdryer.



The terrace of the villa is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture. You could enjoy the beautiful view to sea bay, lighthouse and old Greek Church named the Assumption (1825).
