- First Level: A large, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room that opens onto a vast panoramic terrace. Enjoy breathtaking views across the entire bay, including the Kavatsi and Smokinya beaches!



- Second Level: Two tranquil bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts its own south-facing terrace with a sea view, complete with a table and chairs, while the second bedroom overlooks our exotic, semi-tropical garden filled with palm trees. Even from the comfort of your bed, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea!



Unique Highlights: In the quiet morning hours, you can often spot dolphins visiting the bay.
