Volpe New Houses are two luxurious vacation homes. Each one is a true work of art – created with the idea of ​​combining nature, comfort and the aesthetics of contemporary design. Our concept goes beyond the standard stay – it is a space where art meets comfort and freedom.

Each house is on two floors and has three separate bedrooms with TV, two bathrooms with toilets and another toilet, a living area with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a veranda with BBQ in a style typical of the local architecture - luxurious solid furniture, high-class textiles and stone cladding, refracted through modern trends and practicality. At your disposal are parking and an outdoor pool.



The houses are located in a gated complex - a park, on an area of ​​13,000 sq. m.



They are in close proximity to the Troyan Monastery and at the foot of the mountain. The complex is inspired by the magnetic nature of the Balkans, which you will have the opportunity to feel regardless of which direction your gaze is oriented! We tried to collect the characteristic accents of nature and local architecture and provide them to you in their best possible form. Around you have the opportunity to visit numerous cultural and historical landmarks, eco trails, reserves and sports facilities.
