Tucked away in the picturesque village of Oreshak, near the Troyan Monastery o, Markovskata House offers the perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and mountain freshness.
It is located in one of the most picturesque parts of the Stara Planina Mountain – the Troyan Balkan, where nature is majestic and the air is crystal clear.
The house is accessible all year round via a convenient paved road.
The region offers rich opportunities for mountain tourism, as well as numerous cultural and historical sights. Nearby there are traditional taverns where you can try delicious homemade dishes.
On the first floor, you will find a spacious dining room with a fireplace, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette, including:
The dining room opens onto an outdoor area with a barbecue and a second fireplace—the perfect place for pleasant evenings with friends.
On the second floor, there are three cozy bedrooms:
- One bedroom with its own bathroom;
- Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, one of which has a sofa bed;
- Two of the bedrooms have terraces with wonderful views of the Stara Planina Mountain.
Each room is equipped with a TV with cable television, and for the convenience of guests, towels, toiletries, and Wi-Fi internet are provided.
During the summer months (May to October), guests can enjoy an outdoor heated swimming pool located in a beautifully landscaped courtyard.
Next to the pool, you will find an outdoor wet bar – a great place to relax with a drink in hand.
The house also offers free parking for its guests.

Check-out by 12:00 p.m.
The reservation is confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total amount.
