This is our first guest house and it is unique in that everything inside is made and arranged so that everyone feels comfortable and cozy at home.
It is located at the beginning of the alley of the Hisarlaka forest park. There you can see the unique late antique and medieval fortress of the same name. From there you can also enjoy wonderful views of the entire Kyustendil Valley.
Our home is located close to the city market, police, mineral baths, the stadium, Vladimir Dimitrov Maystora Gallery and the city center.
Important! We would also like to inform you that the house was built almost 100 years ago and its renovation was completed in 2022.
Back then, when it was built, in 1924, of course, there was no bathroom in the house, and the toilets were outside.
Despite our efforts to achieve maximum comfort for everyone who will live in this home, there are things that cannot be avoided, such as for some perhaps steep stairs, a spiral staircase to the upper floor, bathrooms and toilets (which are new, but not in the apartments themselves). We have made sure that each apartment has a private bathroom with toilet for use, for which you will receive a key. We wish you a pleasant stay and experience in our guest apartments.
