Yarema Forest House is located in the central part of the Yarema villa area, at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, just 20-25 km south of the center of Sofia. The Yarema area is above Bistritsa and Zheleznitsa in the north and Plana 11 km southeast.



The villa is located in a pine forest, in a quiet and peaceful place. The house is on two floors and can accommodate up to 10 people in main beds and up to 2 people in additional folding beds.



The clean air of Yarema and Vitosha Mountain and the altitude of 1320 meters contribute to a full vacation and complete relaxation. Summer is cool and pleasant, and winter is beautiful and snowy like Borovets. In the area of ​​the villa there are many eco-trails, most leading to Vitosha Mountain, two horse riding camps, natural hot springs near Zheleznitsa.



Each room has a bedroom, one of which has two single beds. On the ground floor there is a large living room on two levels with luxurious upholstered furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, a comfortable dining area, as well as a bathroom with a toilet.



The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing and serving food - stoves, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, juicer, mixer, blender, toaster, espresso machine, coffee robot, hot water kettle, kitchen utensils.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms with toilets, two of the rooms have their own sunny balconies and share a bathroom. The fourth family room with a bedroom and two separate beds is located on the second floor of the villa. Next to it is the bathroom intended only for this room.



The dining room opens onto a large sunny garden overlooking Vitosha Mountain. There is also an outdoor charcoal barbecue, a dining area with a large table, and garden furniture for 8 people.



The villa is equipped with a power generator and a water pump with 1200 liters of reserve water, which ensure a trouble-free stay for our guests.
