House Four seasons, Stoykite offers 9 beds in total.

Villa Four Seasons offers comfort and tranquility amidst the beauty of the Rhodope Mountains. It is located in the quiet Planinski Perli complex, in the village of Stoykite, just 500 m from the six-seater Stoykite lift and close to the Pamporovo resort.



Layout and amenities:

– Two-story villa with a convenient internal staircase.

– Second floor: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and hairdryer, as well as a spacious terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains.

– For the youngest guests, the villa has a two-level baby cot, suitable for children from newborn to 3 years old.

– First floor: bright and spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and a cozy relaxation area with a fireplace; separate toilet.

– Sleeping space for up to 9 guests:

Bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed;

Bedroom with a double bed (king size) and one single bed;

Two sofas in the dining room that can be extended for additional guests.

Kitchen and equipment:

– Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine (for capsules and ground coffee).

– Washing machine, iron and ironing board available.



Additional amenities:

– Electric heating in all rooms.

– Internet and TVs in each room and in the living room.

– Spacious yard with a seating area and outdoor barbecue.

– Free parking.



Important:

Smoking is not allowed in the villa.

Pets are welcome with prior request and an additional fee of €8 per night per pet.



Booking and payment conditions:

For bookings for the following month:

- Deposit: 70% of the value, payable within 24 hours after booking.

- Balance: 30%, up to 10 calendar days before check-in.

- Failure to pay the deposit - the reservation is inactive.

- Failure to pay the balance - the reservation is canceled.

- Cancellation - the deposit is not refundable.

For reservations for the current month:

- Payment: 100% upon reservation.

- Cancellation - 50% is refunded, only if made at least 7 calendar da
