The house has three floors:

Floor 1 - It has two rooms divided as follows:

- Room 1 - two single beds + sofa bed for two with a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture with a view of the mountain. Separate bathroom + toilet + jacuzzi.

- Room 2 - three single beds. Bathroom and toilet. No terrace.

Floor 2 - It has 1 room and 1 apartment divided:

- Room 1 - three single beds. Bathroom + toilet + jacuzzi + terrace.



The apartment has two separate rooms. In one room there are two single beds + terrace. In the other room there is a large bedroom for two + terrace. Bathroom and toilet are shared only with the apartment.



Ground floor - has:

- Room 1 - two single beds.

- Tavern with a large dining room, equipped with everything: dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace, table and chairs for 15 people. The bathroom and toilet are shared between the room and the tavern.



The rooms are furnished comfortably and stylishly. Each room has a TV and internet access.

Bed linen, different types of towels, toiletries, iron are provided.



Guests have access to a beautiful large yard for outdoor games for children and pets. And for even more romantic moments in the heart of the mountain, outside there is an outdoor tavern, equipped with everything you need: electrical appliances, coffee machine, microwave, various kitchen utensils, large fireplace, barbecue for 15 people.



The heating of the entire house is with local heating.



Access to the house is via an asphalt road, which is maintained even in winter conditions. Possibility of parking four cars in front.
