We invite you to visit our cozy studio, located in the town of Sozopol, Budzhaka area.

It is located about 500 m walk from one of the best beaches in Sozopol - Kavatsi.

You can also get there by swimming. The studio is located in a building perched on a cliff,

and the view is breathtaking.

With us you can find peace and quiet, combined with an incredible view.

The sea is literally at your fingertips. It just has to be seen.



Within walking distance is the Dalyan Chaika restaurant and the amazing Anel complex, which also has a restaurant.

The old and new towns of Sozopol are a few kilometers away, again you can get there on foot, with your own car (for which you have a parking space), bicycle or taxi.



If you are a diving enthusiast, I am sure you will love our place.

If possible and the weather is good, we can offer a trip by rubber boat or SUP (for an additional fee).
