Welcome to our studio in one of the most beautiful complexes on the seaside in the town of Sozopol – Santa Marina. The complex is a gated community that offers five large swimming pools for its guests, three of which feature heated outdoor Jacuzzis, as well as small pools with a depth of 50 cm for the youngest visitors! The complex has access to two beaches – Golden Fish and Santa Marina.

It also includes three large restaurants, a beach bar, both outdoor and indoor fitness centers, playgrounds, five tennis courts, a football field, table tennis, a spa area, free internal transport (with golf carts), and many other attractions and entertainment during the summer season! Santa Marina takes pride in its incredible fauna. Around 70% of the complex’s area (about 70,000 square meters) is dedicated to gardens, park alleys, recreation areas, and parking.



Our studio offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant, comfortable, and long term stay. We provide our guests with a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The studio is spacious with a large 20 sqm veranda, offering tranquility with views of the garden and the sea.
