The house has a maximum capacity of 13 people, has two studios and one apartment. It is suitable for three families or can be rented separately.
The price for the whole house is BGN 630 per night.
The layout is as follows:
Studio 1 - bed 160x200 and sofa bed 140x190. Equipped kitchenette, TV, air conditioning and a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. Price BGN 185 per night.
Studio 2 - bed 140x190 and sofa bed 140x190. Equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, TV and terrace overlooking the sea. Private bathroom with WC. Price BGN 185 per night.
Apartment - living room with sofa bed 100x200. Equipped kitchenette, three TVs. Bedroom with a bed 160x200, transitional box with a bed 140x200. Two private bathrooms with WC. Two air conditioners. The apartment has a lovely veranda and a small landscaped yard. Price BGN 285 per night.
Two parking spaces are provided in the yard, there is also the possibility of parking in front of the house.
Charging station for electric cars 22 kW for an additional fee.
In the immediate vicinity there is a children's playground, a sports field and restaurants. Also a shop and a pharmacy.
