Sea Villa Aqua Victoria is a cozy family villa that we created with the idea of providing tranquility, comfort, and personalized attention to our guests. It is located in Kraimorie, the southernmost district of Burgas, just 50 meters from the seafront. The villa features a spacious summer garden with a sea view, a gazebo with a relaxation area, barbecue facilities, and free parking. Here you can enjoy warm sunny days and cool quiet summer nights in the company of family and friends.



The newly built villa offers five studios with a capacity for up to 3 or 4 people each, each featuring a terrace with a beautiful sea view where you can comfortably enjoy your morning coffee – a complimentary treat from us.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, an LCD TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a hot plate. Nearby, there is a pharmacy, a medical center, a children's playground, a sports field, two grocery stores, fish restaurants, and cafes.



We value the peace and comfort of all our guests, so the house is not suitable for noisy gatherings.
