App. B111 and B101 are ground floor apartments from the Bianca building with their own adjoining courtyards and large verandas.

App. C409 is on the 4th floor on the quiet side of the complex, with a view of the forest.



The apartments are stylish and cozy homes for up to four adults or families and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and vacation. They are suitable for long-term rental if you are looking to combine remote work and vacation in the summer!



All apartments are air-conditioned and have:

- In 111 there is a veranda of natural wooden decking with a separate outdoor dining area, garden furniture, separated by a hedge from the pool and garden.

- C409 has a terrace on the quiet side of the complex, with a view of the forest.



The complex has an outdoor 25-meter pool with a children's shallow part, free sunbeds and umbrellas, a wet bar, an outdoor children's play area; gym for a fee to the management of the complex.



The beach is within walking distance (5-7 min) and it is possible to stay both in a wide free area and in a paid area in front of modern establishments.
