House Hunting lodge The Bear, Samokov offers 8 beds in total.

Traditional 3 bedroomed Alpine Chalet with sauna, only 4 minutes away from the Gondola station, in a quiet area next to a beautiful pine forest. The chalet has been completed to the highest standard and is completely furnished throughout, offering excellent accommodation and comfort for 6+2 people. It has 2 WC’s, kitchenette and lounge area with a timber deck area for taking in the scenery.



Flights to Sofia are inexpensive as are the lift passes and ski equipment hire.



It’s also ideal for Spring and Summer holidays, with stunning mountain treks and horse riding.

First floor – Traditional tavern with oven , microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and indoor fireplace .Bedroom with two single beds . Bathroom with shower.



Middfloor – Bedroom with double bed and living room equipped wit fridge and oven. There is dining area with bar and table for 8 people .



Second floor – Cozy living area and relax one. Master bedroom with king size bed. Loft area with master bed under the roof .



Garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The garden is 3000 m2.
