Guest house and educational center Izvorite is located 4 kilometers from the center of the town of Chepelare and 4 kilometers from the center of the Pamporovo resort. The base is suitable for both summer and winter tourism, as well as for conferences, team building and educational camps and seminars. It has double, triple and quadruple rooms, divided into apartments with separate bathrooms. Each room is equipped with a smart TV with internet access. Most rooms also have access to terraces with beautiful mountain views. We have a well soundproofed conference room equipped with sound and presentation equipment. Guests can use two separate kitchens with cooking facilities. The base has washing machines, a dishwasher and a dryer. We have a well-equipped gym for outdoor training, as well as sports facilities - mini football, basketball, table tennis and more. A large number of eco-trails start near the house, some of which lead to the Rozhen meadows and the national astronomical observatory. The apartments are for 4 to 6 guests, and we also offer the possibility of renting the entire house - 40 beds or one of its two separate halves with their own entrances by agreement, depending on the period and number of guests. For organized events, we also offer catering with 3 meals per day on a block table. For corporate events and training camps, our team also offers seminars, trainings and entertaining games on the topics of non-violent communication, leadership, public speaking, tantra, ecotourism, organic farming, healthy nutrition, fitness, folk, Latin and standard dances, aikido, karate, English, German and Italian language. For organized groups, we also offer transportation from and to the base.
