We welcome you to our guest houses "Kutlata", located next to the town of Sarnitsa. Nestled in the wooded part of the community, with a river, forest trails, and an expansive, airy meadow, the houses are surrounded by invigorating native nature and an all-season atmosphere of coziness, friendliness, and comfort.
We offer you, first and foremost, our host's honesty and responsiveness to you and your needs; conditions for an enjoyable holiday and the opportunity to break away from the dynamics of busy everyday life. The base offers:
- children's playground with swings and slide, centrally located for the convenience of parents and the satisfaction of children
- parking for the cars next to the houses
- a gym with entry-level equipment capable of satisfying the athletic needs of our guests
- outdoor barbecue (stone type) with a shelter and table, secluded in the wooded part of the yard of the base
- external power source (socket) suitable for charging electric vehicles
- Internet coverage throughout the base.
There are two houses, the larger having 5 rooms (12 beds in total), each having its own bathroom, TV and balcony. In addition, the house has a tavern with its own fireplace, TV, audio system, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The veranda has tables and benches, a barbecue - one gas and one coal, LED lighting.
The smaller house has 4 rooms (9 beds in total), the rooms on the second floor again have adapted separate bathrooms, balconies and TVs. On the first floor, the two rooms are connected to the living room of the house, which houses the fully equipped kitchenette and the bathroom for the floor. The veranda of this house also has its own barbecue, shed, benches and tables.
Accommodation is priced from £50 - £360 per night for the whole large house and £270 for the whole small house.
