Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful area in the new part of town, about 400 meters from the main beach and a 5-minute walk from downtown.

What we offer:



A floor of a house consisting of 3 double rooms (shared or separate), each with a terrace, a hallway with 2 bathrooms, and a microwave oven, all available to guests.

One of the rooms also has a pull-out sofa (price for the sofa is negotiable). The rooms are spacious and equipped with air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and towels.



An apartment consisting of 2 double rooms equipped with twin beds (which can be arranged as a double bed), with a bathroom between them.

The rooms feature a terrace, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and towels. One room is large and has 2 beds, an open kitchenette equipped with (stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, range hood), a corner kitchen sofa, and a dining table.



Minimum stay: 3 nights.



Parking: subject to availability.



Upon request: iron and ironing board.



Pets: not allowed.



Nearby (1-2 min.) there is a store, a coffee vending machine, a snack bar, a playground, a sports field, and paid parking.
