SamiKan is a restored 100-year-old house in the heart of the Elena Balkans. It combines the spirit of the past with the coziness of the present.



The house has 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, Aver club with open kitchen, reading area with selected books, a huge yard with organic garden, outdoor barbecue, jacuzzi, children's pool and parking.



In three of the rooms available to guests are king size bedrooms, and in the fourth - two single beds and a half. Rooms are fully equipped with bed linen and towels from a luxury manufacturer.



Each of the bathrooms has its own charm. The first is avant-garde in its own right - spacious, with preserved wooden ceiling from bygone times and luxurious modern interior. The others offer beautiful views of nature. Each of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower cabin and all the necessary accessories.

For the convenience of the guests we have turned the old kitchen into a tea room, preserving the authentic brick stove and the jamal connected to it, which has served for centuries to give off heat.



On the ground floor of the house is the Aver Club with dimensions of 85 square meters. In this corner for friends is the open kitchen, furnished with utensils from the last century, refrigerator with separate chamber, hob, toaster, coffee maker. The Aversian dining table can accommodate between 8 and 16 people. Both bars are conducive to a drink before the friendly gathering of the table for lunch or dinner. You can enjoy the proximity to nature all the time, thanks to the large French windows surrounding the room. The antique furnace, preserved over the centuries, gives additional comfort to the Aver Club.



In the yard of the house is located the dignified old barn, next to it is a beautiful organic garden, where everyone can find vegetables to taste for both delicious salads and appetizers. Dessert is also here - berries, blackberries, raspberries, currants invite us to this part of the garden, where we can play at will both badminton and football
