Luxury chalet with spa for 10-(max 13) persons, Finnish sauna, hot oak jacuzzy with running mineral water for 6-8 persons, located 4 km away from Bansko ski trails, in a gated community of 7 houses, fenced with high hedges, in an inner garden of 15 000 square meters, amazing 360* view to Pirin and Rila Mountains, free parking, wi-fi, flat TVs, sound system, 6 fireplaces (including fireplaces in three of the bedrooms). The villa issuitable for family vacations, privacy and retreat, team buildings and long term rent, providing lots of space for you and the dearest to you. The villa has a dining room for 14 people plus another living room with real leather sofas and an open designer fireplace; covered barbecue terrasse with a dining table for 14 people, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, Finnish sauna with rest area and shower. The great pleasure is in our jakuzzi for 8 with hot running mineral water.



The hous has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and professional appliances. The house is luxuriously furnished with oak furniture and sofas made of genuine leather, a combination of modern style and local color, given by the thick woolen carpets in the old-traditional for the mountains Bulgarian style.



Guests can order massages done at the house. If needed, we provide transfer by car to / from Sofia. We speak English, Russian, French, Spanish, German and Bulgarian. Our host speaks English and Bulgarian. The villas are owned by a family of keen mountaineers who have both climbed the highest peaks on all 7 continents – The Seven Summits, incl. Everest and Antarctica. We accept credit cards and cash.
