Apartment No. 28 has been fully renovated and is a two-level maisonette. It features 4 separate rooms with a total capacity of up to 10 guests.



The first floor is at ground level and includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom with toilet, and one bedroom with a double bed plus a pull-out single bed. The front veranda has a large comfortable seating area, while the back veranda offers a built-in barbecue and a dining table.



The second floor consists of 3 rooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and two rooms each with two single beds. There is also a bathroom (one on each floor) and a terrace with a sea view.



For your comfort and convenience, the apartment is equipped with flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, radiators, and a fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, mixer, hairdryer, refrigerator, washing machine, laundry detergents, and everything you need to feel at home.



We have also taken care of our youngest guests by providing a baby travel cot and a high chair.



Garden Beach Complex is located on the beach at Gradina Camping (near Sozopol), just 1–2 minutes walking distance—you simply cross the street and you’re on the beach. Zlatna Ribka Beach is 1.3 km away. Nearby attractions you shouldn’t miss include the Old Town of Sozopol, Ravadinovo Castle, Aquapark Neptun, Zlatna Ribka Beach, Ropotamo Reserve, and many more.
