House Burkópolis

House Burkópolis, Sozopol offers 14 beds in total.

Villa Burkopólis is rented as a whole. The price is based on the number of guests. The villa is suitable for families and large groups. The villa has 3 floors, a spacious, open, green backyard and a shady front yard covered with a vine. We have two parking spots right in front of the house. In the villa, there are 6 bedrooms (12 beds), 3 bathrooms with toilets, a living room and a kitchen with a dining area.



On the first floor, there's the fully equipped, modern kitchen and dining area with cable TV. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen. Our living room has a large TV and transformable into small double beds (120x190cm, 1 or 2 people) sofas. Each of the 2nd and 3rd floors has three bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. Two bedrooms have double beds and four bedrooms have 2 single beds which can easily be transformed into double beds. Every bedroom has an air conditioner and 4 of the bedrooms have balconies with a view of either the green backyard or the sea.



Note!!! The access to the bedrooms and the price of the villa are based on the number of guests. For example is the guests are 8, they will have access to 4 bedrooms. If they are 10, they will have access to 5 bedrooms, etc. If you want to use additional bedrooms, please make a request but this may affect the price of the villa.



There is wireless internet in the bedrooms, the general areas, the front and the backyard.



In the green backyard, you can relax on the swing. You can also cook on the barbecue and have your meals under the shed.



You can bring your pet, but please check with us first beforehand.



Smoking is not allowed in the house.



The house and the yard are not suitable for night parties.



The house is not secure for children under the age of two.



Check-in: any time after 3:00 pm.

Check-out: before 11:00 am.



The villa always open. From 1st June to 30th Sept. reservations can be for a minimum of 6 nights. During the rest of the year, reservations may be for a minimum of 4 nights.
