House Skalite, Sozopol offers 24 beds in total.



Guest house SKALITE was built in 2010 in the new part of the town of Sozopol and is located on the very seashore of a beautiful bay. The house is categorized with three stars and is part of a new, modern, 5-storey building, located 100 meters north of Xarmani beach



It has private rooms with two and three beds. One studio has a sea view, on the ground floor with a garden, and the other studio is on the 4th floor with a view from the street. The studios are fully equipped with all household utensils, a kitchenette, a dining area and a large terrace.



Each room has a private bathroom and toiletries, towels, a large terrace with an awning, a table and chairs on the terrace and with new modern furniture. The rooms are equipped with a plasma TV with cable TV, wifi, air conditioning, an armchair, a tea/coffee maker , cups.



The hotel has a courtyard with relaxation areas and direct access to the seashore, rocks and beach. Pets are not allowed!
