The houses are situated around 4 km away from downtown Golden Sands resort and only 80 meters away from Kabakum beach. The magical Riviera beach, surrounded by pine trees and with crystal blue waters, is 2.4 km away. Varna – the sea capital of Bulgaria – is also close by with its lush seaside park, the dolphinarium, its countless cafes and restaurants and entertainment spots for children and grownups.



Two of the houses – Starfish and Coral – are suitable for families with many children or for larger groups of friends.



The Sea Bay house consists of four separate apartments – Blue Horizons, White Sails, Golden Sunrise, and Silver Waves.



The Sea Harmony house is closest to the sea. It is a small, daintily decorated, and furnished house. The romantic ambiance of the house is amplified by the wonderful garden with a sheltered relaxation area.
