House Vyara, Sozopol offers 6 beds in total.
Holiday house Vyara is new and built in the architectural style typical of Old Sozopol. It is located in the ideal center of the Old Town, on a quiet street. The tourist site is offered as a separate guest house.
An elegant internal staircase connects the three floors, one of which is on the ground floor and is a spacious living room with a modernly equipped kitchenette, dining area and a relaxation area.
The first and second floors of the house are apartments (maisonette type) and each floor is separated as a cozy bedroom with a private bathroom with toilet, air conditioning, flat screen TV and connection to a terrace. We offer free internet and satellite TV.
The maximum accommodation capacity is for 4 adults + 2 children up to 13 years old (each of whom is accommodated on a sofa bed, in each of the two bedrooms).
The beach and various commercial and cultural sites are a 2-3 minute walk from the house.
To all guests of House Vyara we offer a tourist tour of the Old Town to feel its unique atmosphere, visit the Archaeological, Ethnographic Museum, the Picture Gallery and other sights of the ancient city.
House Vyara offers its clients home comfort, peace and the opportunity for a few days to feel like the owners of the small, lovingly built home.
The Christmas holidays begin with the fisherman's holiday - St. Nicholas Day. Exciting for guests and residents of the city is the trip on fishing ships and boats to the island of St. Ivan, the throwing of flowers into the sea in memory of fishermen and sailors and many pleasant sea surprises from us, for the festive table.
By arrangement, we also organize a paid transfer from and to the airport upon check-in and departure of the guests.
We also provide a free parking space for one car.
Prices vary from 210 to 270 BGN per night and are negotiated after a conversation with the owner.
For stays over 3 nights and for regular customers we offer a 10% discount on the price.
