The hostel is located in close proximity to the main street leading from the center of Veliko Tarnovo to the Tsarevets fortress (St. Stambolov Street). The building is located at the beginning of G. S. Rakovski Street (a cobblestone street along which the Samovodska Charshia Architectural and Ethnographic Complex is located, famous for its craft workshops, museums and souvenir shops).

The hostel occupies the last two floors of a building - a cultural monument at G. S. Rakovski Street No. 3, above a souvenir shop. The entrance to the hostel is from the back alley (Kapitan Dyado Nikola No. 2), which begins with a few stone steps on the left, just before the famous Stratilat coffee shop, in front of which there is a terrace with tables and the monument to Stefan Stambolov. The entrance to the hostel is 30 m up the narrow cobblestone street, marked with signs on a high stone wall.
