Villa Hills is located 2 km from the picturesque town of Sarnitsa, 40 km from Velingrad, 500 meters from the mouth of Dospat Dam, in a remarkable place nestled in the mountains with beautiful views and fresh air.

The villa has 10+ accommodations in 6 rooms.



The distribution of the villa is:

4 pieces - double rooms with private bathroom, Wi-Fi, digital TV;



1 piece - a room furnished with sofas, which has a folding mechanism, private bathroom, digital TV, Wi-Fi. This room has a kitchenette equipped with everything you need;



1 piece - a room furnished with folding furniture, with kitchenette, appliances, utensils, coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi. The fireplace is also located here;



A total of 5 private bathrooms.

The whole villa is heated by a local heating fireplace.



We have an outdoor barbecue, located in the garden in front of the house and second - on the porch on the second floor. Each of the verandas is furnished for 12 people.



The villa has two floors and each floor has a separate entrance. Distribution of each floor is:

2 double rooms, with each private bathroom, digital TV, Wi-Fi;

1 room with sofas, which has a folding mechanism. Here is the kitchen.



Notes:

The only room without a bathroom is the room with a fireplace.



Note:

In two of the rooms you can make sure that there is 1 camp bed.



For a group of more than 10 people, it can be gathered in the common room outside on the barbecue.
