The guest house is located just 50 meters from the central square of the charming Balkan town of Sopot. Within a pleasant ten-minute walk you can reach the chairlift, which provides access to the Central Balkan National Park. We are also conveniently located only 30 minutes from Hisarya and 15 minutes from Banya, both well known for their mineral springs and spa pools.



The house is situated in the old part of town, where you can experience the authentic spirit of Sopot – the town of Ivan Vazov’s famous characters from “Chichovtsi”. Here you can enjoy the beauty of the Balkan Mountains and try exciting adventures such as tandem paragliding flights with one of our partner pilot-instructors.



We offer special package prices combining accommodation with tandem paragliding flights.



Our guests enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable rooms furnished with natural wood furniture. Each room has a balcony with views of the Balkan Mountains, Sredna Gora, the garden, or the bell tower of the church. All rooms are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, and spacious private bathrooms.



The garden in the backyard is available for our guests to relax and unwind. In the evening, you can enjoy a drink or taste local wines in a friendly atmosphere in the traditional tavern (mehana) located on the ground floor.



When the entire house is rented, the tavern is available exclusively for the private use of the guests staying in the house.
