The Villa is on two floors. The first floor is occupied by a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving food – built-in oven and hob, large fridge with freezer, microwave, hot water jug, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, washing machine. The kitchen leads to a dining area with table and chairs; a spacious area with a comfortable sofa bed/two people can comfortably sleep on it; 32 inch LCD TV, cable tv and unlimited wireless Internet access; Air conditioning. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The second floor is occupied entirely by the three bedrooms – each of the bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and terrace; The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen, towels and blankets; on the floor there is a luxurious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The Villa has a private swimming pool with dimensions of 6 by 4 meters with depth 1.50 m. Sun-beds and umbrellas around the pool will complete your comfort. Your children can play freely in a well landscaped garden while you enjoy a cold cocktail on the lounge chairs under an umbrella or while having fragrant wine on the porch. The veranda is equipped with table and chairs for six, and with portable BBQ. In the morning you will wake up with the songs of swallows and in the evening you can enjoy the silence and the song of the crickets – a peace you will not find in the city or in the noisy holiday resorts.
The Villa is enclosed and has one parking space in the yard, as two more cars can be parked in front of the house. The area is quiet and safe. The Centre of Bulgarevo is only 3-4 minutes walk away. At the height of the summer you can try the delight of the local melons and the amazing taste of Bulgarian tomatoes.
