The house is situated on a quiet and peaceful small street in the old part of Veliko Tarnovo. It is in the very heart of the historical and cultural ensemble of architecture and is very close to the emblematic Samodovska Charshiya (a very old street on which a bazaar was held in the middle of the XIX century, still occupied by small and beautiful stores).



The house's unique symbol is its fountain, made in a traditional Bulgarian Revival style and is located just next to the entrance.



Our guests are accommodated in 7 luxurious apartments, 5 two-room apartments and 2 one-room apartments, each of which has its own bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, wireless Internet, LCD TV set with cable television, refrigerator and an air-conditioner. The rooms are sunny, wide, spacious and have a sofa bed and a table.



In close proximity to the house are the house-museum of the great Bulgarian poet Petko Slaveykov and the St. St. Kiril and Methodii Church made by the famous builder Kolyo Ficheto in 1860-1861. Close by you can find the street of crafts, many restaurants, cafes, and patisseries.
