The house is situated in the center of the new part of Sozopol, on a quiet street, 20 meters away from the beach.



We offer double bedrooms, apartment and studio. All of them are equipped with a separate bathroom, cable television, air-condition, fridge, terrace with marvelous sea view or view of the trim garden, free Wi-Fi.



From June 2017 we offer new luxury apartments with a bedroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, stove, fridge, tea-pot, separate bathroom, cable television, air-conditioner, terrace with marvelous sea view.



The studio has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the old town, kitchenette with microwave.



There are a few great restaurants and a shop a short distance to the house.
