House Dzhoben Rai, Smolyan offers 12 beds in total.

Located in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, just 2 kilometers from the town of Smolyan and 1000 m above sea level, the small gated complex Joben Rai offers accommodation in 2 guest houses with heated outdoor pools.



Each of the two guest houses has two rooms with a double bed and a single bed, which can accommodate a group of 12 people.



There are two separate Rhodope dining rooms (taverns) with kitchen area, dishwasher, fireplace - fully equipped with everything necessary for preparing coffee and food.



In the closed part of House 2 (above the pool) there is a dining room with a fireplace developed around the rock to which the house clings. Few houses, even in other mountainous regions, include such a natural accent in their interior. From this dining room you enter the rooms on the first and second floors. They have a private bathroom and toilet for each room.



What ranks us among the most preferred holiday homes in the Rhodopes are the two monolithic pools, which are heated by a solar battery and covered with a thermal cover at night. We strive to maintain excellent hygiene and the highest standard of cleanliness. Therefore, the pool is cleaned almost daily by a special robot and vacuum cleaner.



In front of House 1 (under the pool) is the favorite table of our guests, which is located under a canopy. Guests have conditions to prepare food on the latest model cooker and electric grill while admiring a panoramic view of Pamporovo.



With a full capacity of 12 people for both houses, the price is BGN 400 per day.



For larger groups, we also have an additional room that can be reached by the stairs above the children's pool. It has a sofa bed, a wardrobe, hot and cold water and a TV. She uses the outside bathroom and toilet (by the pool) and is rented out for an additional BGN 40/day.
