In a gated complex with three cottages situated in the prestigious villa area called Budjaka. Sany has four double bedrooms, a swimming pool which incorporates and a garden suitable for meeting with friends or children play. Only 200 meters from the villa is located Saint Stefan bay with incredible high rocky coast and fjords, resembling in miniature Norwegian fjords. A kilometer south of the large villa is situated Gulf Kavatsite closed noses of St. Christ and St. Agalina.



The beach at the bottom of the bay is sandy with one of the best beaches in the region of Sozopol. The sand and the wind has formed high sand dunes all along the coast, up to 5-6 meters height, which grows rare sand lily.
