The house is located on a picturesque hill above the city of Gabrovo (Central Bulgaria), on a sunny, southern slope, with a beautiful view to the central part of the Balkans.
Here you will find a peace and quietness needed for your desired vacation and at the same time, you will be close to all the facilities of the modern city - cafes, bars, discos, shops, malls.

- 4 bedrooms, with private bathroom and toilet each, modern furniture, TV and Wi-Fi connection
- baby bed and a baby chair (for free)
- hot panoramic Jacuzzi (extra paid)
- kitchen - fully equipped
- living room with an interior wood-burning fireplace, a corner with soft furniture, with a sleep function for 2 and an additional single armchair with an extendable mechanism, TV and wi-fi access. We have an additional bathroom on the floor.
- separate, modernly equipped pub-tavern (60 sq.m.), with its own, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and TV. Smoking is allowed in the tavern and can be rented independently, in case the house is not rented by other guests.
