Apart-hotel complex Midia Family Resort has total built area 72,612 sq.m and takes place on land of 38,497 sq.m. Distinctive fact is the low density for building: approx. 29 % which is a perfect ground for creating free spaces around complex’ buildings.



This complex consists of several buildings, designed for seasonal living. On the ground floor are taking place restaurants, pool bar, fitness, beauty center with a massage room, conference hall, reception, shops and others. On the following floors are situated the residence units. Some of the apartments are designed with one or two bedrooms and spacious living room. Some of the apartment are equipped with a kitchen box.
