Villa Tiana is settled in a small central street, on a calm and peaceful place near the center of the town, and it is at about 500 m from the beach. The house has 350 sq. m own yard and also a parking lot. The villa offers the following premises and facilities for your enjoyable relaxation: entrance, two bedrooms with a ventilator and an iron in each of them, a dining-room with air-conditioning and TV set, kitchen – fully equipped with cooking range, washing machine, fridge, coffee-machine etc., a bathroom. There is a large terrace – 35 sq. m, with chaise-lounges, a table, chairs, sunshade and magnificent view to the sea. The rest corner in the yard is equipped with garden furniture and barbeque.
