Lazarova house e built in 1942 and is located in the heart of the Balkan Mountains, in the small and picturesque mountain village Rebrevtsi, located 10 kilometers from Elena town and 30 km from Veliko Turnovo, 500 m altitude. It is very close to Yovkovtsi Dam - one of the best - large size dams in Bulgaria.



The house has 2 floors and has 4 rooms, capacity and fitting them to suggest the benefit of 11 people. Each floor has its own bathroom. The first floor has 1 room with a double bed. On the other side of the hallway are a spacious tavern, a fireplace, barbecue and fully fitted kitchen furniture. The second floor has a balcony and 3 rooms have 1 double and one single bed each.



Around the house has a large landscaped courtyard, one side of which is a professionally built barbecue with dining outdoors.
