Villa Kalandja is suitable for young couples as well as for family people with children, who seek for tranquility and rest near the sea side. The house is outside the Sinemoretz village (200 m) on a solitary and quiet place in a destination to the beach Butamyata, which can be reached by foot (400 m to the beach).



The house is brand new with ryegrass garden. The rooms are modern and cozy, air-conditioned and LCD TV. Every room has own bath and WC, as well a terrace (table + 4 chairs) and view to the sea. Villa Kalandja has 2 double rooms plus sofa-bed (140/200 cm) in each one. There is a marvelous view to the sea by three sides, as there are no buildings around in the countryside. The kitchen is kit up with ceramic slab stove, fridge, toaster, coffee machine and kitchenware.



The yard of the house has a massive fence. There is an unlimited number of parking spaces around the house.



The premises are considered reserved after payment of a deposit of 30% (thirty percent) of the total amount for the stay. The deposit is returned in case of cancellation of the reservation no later than 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date.
