Set on a 1,500-square-meter plot, this two-story villa blends the cozy charm of an Alpine style with the comfort of modern luxury. To ensure harmony with the surrounding natural landscape, the design relies heavily on natural materials and colors. The ground floor features two bedrooms—one of which is a two-level unit with two double beds—as well as a bathroom with a wet area and a washing machine. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined into a single, expansive space with a high ceiling that opens up to the second floor. Upstairs, you will find a second living area with two sofa beds, two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large terrace offering a stunning, unique view of the mountains.



You can also enjoy this magnificent view while relaxing in the warm Jacuzzi, located on the ground floor in a room specifically designed for this purpose, complete with its own private bathroom.



For those who prefer livelier gatherings, there is a separate building—fully furnished and equipped with a barbecue, fireplace, kitchen, and restroom.
