Opened in 2024, the hotel part of the wine estate is another step towards realizing our dream of creating a place where nature and man interact in the creation and enjoyment of wine.



Located in the heart of the Sarta Plateau, our hotel is located in the courtyard of the winery, a 20-minute walk from the Salla Estate vineyards. An exceptionally quiet place to relax, suitable for those who do not just drink wine, but experience this way of life. Slow pace, delicious food and sips that capture moments of summer from the grapes.



Salla Estate offers accommodation only as part of a Premium tasting package.

The package includes a walk to the vineyards, a visit to the horse farm (with the possibility of riding for an additional fee), a presentation of our production and a tasting of three wines with homemade bread, cheese and yellow cheese.

Dinner is included in the package and is held according to a pre-prepared menu. The restaurant is not open for free consumption (à la carte) and individual orders outside the menu are not available.

The menu includes seasonal salad, oven-baked meat, homemade bread, drinks and dessert.

The package includes an overnight stay in a double room and breakfast with warm mekitsi and jam.
