Welcome to Chill’eva House – a place where the history of a local Razlog family meets the comfort of a modern mountain retreat.



Originally built in 1965 by the Chilev family, the house has now been completely renovated, with great care taken to preserve its unique character and heritage. It is located in Varosha, one of the most picturesque and traditional neighborhoods of Razlog, offering beautiful views of the Pirin Mountains, the majestic Vihren Peak, and the ski slopes of Bansko.



The two-story house offers plenty of space, warmth, and comfort for families, groups of friends, and guests looking to enjoy the mountains in every season.



On the upper floor, you will find four cozy bedrooms, each named after one of Bulgaria’s beautiful mountain ranges – Rila, Pirin, Rhodopes, and Stara Planina. This floor also features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for leisurely breakfasts, family dinners, and memorable moments together. Two terraces add to the sense of space and invite you to start your day with a cup of coffee while admiring the mountain views.



The house has three bathrooms, each with its own unique décor and name inspired by the local rivers of Razlog – Byala, Cherna, and Yazo. These small details bring another touch of local history and nature into the home.



On the ground floor, you will discover "Panyovata" – our traditional Bulgarian tavern (mehana), a welcoming space designed for gatherings and celebrations. It features a separate kitchen, a relaxation area, and a fireplace that creates a particularly warm and inviting atmosphere during the cold winter months. The tavern is the perfect setting for family celebrations, special occasions, and long evenings spent with loved ones around the fire.
