Nia Guest House is located in the center of Beli Iskar. Close distance to Sofia (65 km) And 7 km from Borovets and Samokov, as well as the many tourist routes and trails starting from the village make it a preferred destination for our and foreign tourists.



The house has: one double room with a bedroom and an extra bed, and two double rooms with single beds, all with bathrooms and toilets.



In the summer guests have at their disposal a summer garden with a barbecue, for the complete relaxation of the guests, where they will spend unforgettable evenings!

Immediately above the village, in the Rila National Park is the beginning of the picturesque eco-trail, meandering on both sides of the Beli Iskar River. Passing through the 13 bridges over the river, the feeling is unique! The bus stop to Samokov is 20 meters away from the Nia House and a 100-meter mini-market is 100 meters away. The local restaurant is about 200 meters away and there is a riding club.



Every year at the end of June is organized Rila Herb Feast, from here a stage from Rally Bulgaria passes, and at the end of August Rock in Rila takes place.



About 15 km. is the Kings of the Small Town that our guests can visit and view.



In winter, winter sports fans can take advantage of the proximity of the Yastrebets ski runs in Borovets, which are only 4 km away by Beli Iskar.
