Three fully equipped apartments at Lucky 1, beside Ravda South Beach:
Sunrise D7 (approx. 80 sq.m): one bedroom and two spacious terraces – sunrise over Nessebar Bay and sunset towards Pomorie Bay. For 4 guests, maximum 5.
Panorama D8 (approx. 80 sq.m): one bedroom and a large terrace shared by the bedroom and living room, with panoramic views towards Pomorie Bay. For 4 guests, maximum 5.
Horizon A10 (approx. 130 sq.m): a two-level maisonette with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three large terraces, two with direct sea views. Maximum 6 guests.
The complex is next to South Park, with playgrounds, fitness areas and walking paths. The coastal promenade to Nessebar begins here. Nearby beaches are ideal for relaxation, snorkelling and diving. Ravda centre with restaurants and attractions is 500 m away; Nessebar Aquapark, Bulgaria’s largest, is 2 km away.
The nightly rate includes pool access, sun loungers, one parking space and initial bed linen, towels and basic supplies. Linen and towels are changed free of charge on longer stays.
Minimum stay: 3 nights; monthly stays by arrangement. Check-in after 2 pm; check-out by 11 am. The base rate covers up to 4 adults. An additional 25% of the agreed rate applies for a fifth adult in the one-bedroom apartments and for fifth and sixth adults in the maisonette. Children aged 13 and under stay free within capacity.
Small, house-trained pets are welcome for €8 per night, subject to confirmation and complex rules. A 50% deposit confirms the booking. It is refunded in full for cancellations more than 10 days before arrival; otherwise it is retained.
