- Living room: sofa bed (160×200 cm, sleep function for 2), TV with digital TV, air conditioning and terrace;

- Kitchenette (to the living room): fully equipped with a dining table and all necessary appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and dishes).



Reservations are confirmed by sending a deposit - the amount for a minimum of 3 nights!



In case of a canceled reservation - the deposit is not refundable.



Pets are not allowed.



Check-in: after 2:00 PM

Check-out: until 10:00 AM
