Ready to receive up to twelve adult guests, this spacious villa is optimised for relaxation and enjoyment. With its three south facing suntrap terraces and heated swimming pool, summer fun is available for longer at Villa Balchik.



Balchik now boasts the most equist seafront in Bulgaria with its newly renovated marina offering a host of highend restaurants, bars and hotels, all within a few minutes drive. With easy year round access and parking, you will have no trouble reaching us and the local amenities.





Accommodation:

Sleeping a maximum of 10 adults, Villa Balchik offers great flexibility to accommodate groups and friends and families. Each of our four luxury double bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms) benefits from sea views whilst the three upper bedrooms share a 20sqm panoramic terrace.



There are a further two common bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) to allow every bedroom to have its own dedicated bathroom if desired. All bathrooms are equipped with complementary toiletries.



All rooms are fully airconditioned, fitted with custom made furniture and finished with premium linen and mattresses.



Two adults can sleep comfortably in the lounge on the fold out sofa bed, whilst a further two can be accommodated on foldout beds if required.



Additional cots are available upon request, every room has sufficient space to accommodate a cot.
