“Green House” Guest House is located in the newest district of Chernomorets – Akra, in a peaceful and quiet area away from the noise and heavy traffic, only about 400 meters from the Central Beach of Chernomorets. The beautiful Vromos Bay is within close proximity, while the popular Tsarski Beach and Gradina Camping are just 1 km away. The location combines tranquility, nature, and quick access to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Southern Black Sea coast.



During the summer season, Chernomorets offers a rich cultural program featuring festivals, music events, and performances by popular Bulgarian singers and artists, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the seaside town.



The house is built in a modern style while preserving the spirit and vision of the traditional Strandzha architecture. It offers four double rooms and one triple room, each with a private bathroom and toilet. The bathrooms are equipped with LED mirrors, electric water heaters, hairdryers, and towel sets.



For the comfort of our guests, all rooms are equipped with QLED SMART TVs and IP television. Additional amenities include a refrigerator, electric kettle, complimentary tea and coffee set, and a clothes drying rack.



Each room has its own terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings, fresh air, and beautiful views. Every room features a unique interior design, creating its own atmosphere of comfort and coziness.



The yard of “Green House” is richly landscaped and designed to provide a relaxing holiday atmosphere. On the western side of the building, guests can enjoy a spacious veranda furnished with comfortable garden furniture – the perfect place for a morning coffee or relaxing summer evenings surrounded by the scent of roses and lavender.



In the center of the yard, there is a summer kitchen with a wooden dining table and benches, ideal for family gatherings and pleasant outdoor dinners.
