In our modernly furnished Captain Niko Apartments, with an outdoor pool 4 x 9 m, a warm hydro-massage jacuzzi with 38°C water, and a beautiful sea view, you will relax to the fullest.
From the large verandas, there is a breathtaking view of the sea, St. Anastasia Island, and the port.
The house is equipped with sun loungers, swings, a barbecue, and parking space.
In front of us is the beautiful Kraymorie Beach, which is visible and just 3 minutes from the gate.
We have four apartments, each rented independently, for 2, 3, or 4 people, or 2+2 children. They are equipped with modern bedrooms, a pull-out sofa, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, TV, free Wi-Fi internet, and a large veranda with a sea view.
If the whole house is rented, there is space to accommodate 12 people, and it is suitable for bachelorette and bachelor parties, as well as family celebrations.
Kraymorie Beach is extremely suitable for small children, and the beach strip is long and shallow. For extreme sports lovers, there are water bananas, jetskiing, surfing, and the Amaya Beach restaurant is 100 m from us, where the most exotic weddings are held. The houses offer breakfast, dinner, on-site catering. We have the Captain Nico restaurant (300 m away), where you can enjoy a variety of seafood and homemade food, occasion decorations, meal promo packages, transfer, and yacht rides. Nearby there is a pharmacy, medical center, 3 playgrounds, a football field, and 3 grocery stores.
Prices for summer 2026: From June 1 to September 30 (for July and August minimum stay - 5 nights, and for June and September - 3 nights)
